Choosing the right construction method in a new development area

Over eight – so even eight and a half? Comparing such a colorful mix of apples / pears / cherries / plums probably causes more confusion than clarity. Although professionally I do nothing else but show how it’s done right (even though you can do it yourself if you get bored by having a consultant do it for you). By differences in communication and motivation, I guess it means how convincingly and dutifully the recipients respond to layman inquiries (?)

Initially confusion yes, but I would say that we have created some clarity for ourselves. By communication and motivation is meant how our wishes were received. Was one rather open or did they want to talk us out of something. Were all these considered in the offer, or were parts forgotten. Did one have to follow up oneself, or was there accommodation. Or of course also technical topics like soundproofing, one says “With aerated concrete you hear nothing,” another gives exact details on density, wall structure, soundproofing, etc... We created our own floor plans and then requested these from everyone to be able to compare better.
