Hello, since the old shower hose was porous and scaled, I wanted to replace it. I cannot push the connecting piece of the new hose through the angled holder of the shower head because the connecting piece of the new shower hose gets stuck due to the angle. The connecting piece of the shower hose matches the dimensions of the old hose. The connecting piece of the old hose could only be removed through the angle with gentle force. I am grateful for any suggestions, including whom I can contact. Grohe stated that they are not the manufacturer and therefore cannot help.

In this respect, post a picture and name the manufacturer.

Best regards in brief

Hello Hello

The lever mixer is from Fr. Grohe
The extendable hose shower seems to be a Hansgrohe secuflex.

A smooth plastic hose would probably do a better job there. You can at most screw through the existing hose, it's basically a thread.

Hello, thank you very much for the answers. I simply bought a new hose with a round screw thread. It went through smoothly and works perfectly. Next, I probably have to take apart the inlet.
