Is the 1.90 ceiling height only at the beam? And the rest noticeably higher?
Otherwise, the proportions are out of balance. If you want to insulate, then use dry screed with a thin insulation layer, ideally only 5 cm height will be lost. And you tack the surface heating to the wall or ceiling as suggested.
