I think these things mostly look like prefabricated garages with the side walls reduced as much as possible. And a bit like the tents under which you set up catering at garden parties :-)

Presumably, the price difference is exactly "the door," because basically a concrete carport is a concrete prefabricated garage with spaghetti beams - with textiles, a larger cutout doesn't cost less either. Structurally hardly less complicated, and not in transport logistics either.

The price certainly depends significantly on the desired dimensions. For us, it should be 4.20 m x 9.00 m including a utility room.
