It should be equipped with a separate tool room and, if possible, not cost (much) more than 10,000 EUR.

Why a carport; these things are just as expensive – if they are well made – as a prefabricated garage. Cost 3 x 9 including rear storage room, electrification, window and door to the garden as well as necessary strip foundations approx. EUR 9, sectional door another EUR 1.5

A 3 x 6 garage with a flat roof design, electrification, and including an electric sectional door costs around EUR 15,000; in the Rhineland :D
