Podest weg was already mentioned. To be honest, instead of the car parking space under the carport, I would rather think about where to put the bicycles and children's things. Whether a car always needs to be parked under a roof - I don't think so. That would be way too much of a waste here. A parking space in the front is more than enough. Make a proper shed - on the side, in the back, however you like and consider the usage. Really plan this better completely and clearly. Otherwise, you'll be annoyed with it every day.

If necessary, also offer a fence or roof for the trash bins at the same time. Such a metal house for these also quickly costs 2k€ that you'd have to do yourself.

What does the development plan say about the distance from the street? In my opinion, you cannot extend that far forward.
