Caparol Premium Clean and other highly cleanable paints

Hi,

our painter suggested applying Caparol Premium Clean on the walls in the hallway. This should make it easy to wipe off stains, etc. from the walls. Especially considering future children and myself, I already see advantages, but our hallway/stairwell area is large and the paint is not cheap. Does anyone have experience with this or similar paints?

In the kitchen and bathrooms, we used Sto opticryl, semi-matte. Washable. But: You block off the wall. Therefore, it must be properly dry when painting, otherwise there will be problems. Karsten

Whereas Opticryl is a proper latex paint unlike Carparol Farbe, right?

No, no acrylic paint. I don't know of any company that still processes real rubber tree latex. Karsten

I meant it in the sense that the color from Carparol is not a latex paint but diffusion-open.

Ok. These are acrylic paints only to a very limited extent. I'm curious what trick they have at Caparol to make it washable.
