The wall construction is as follows:
Inner masonry of aerated concrete PPW 4 d=17.5 including air layer anchors, core insulation layer of mineral fiber WLG 035, d=2x80mm. Between them 2 cm of air. Brick 11.5. Overall a thickness of 47cm.
Windows triple-glazed. We will do the roof ourselves (incl. insulation). So we can also insulate flexibly here to meet at least the minimum for KFW 55. The floor slab is as follows: reinforced concrete base slab C25/30 d=20cm PE protective foil 0.2mm + rigid foam insulation d=50mm below the base slab.
