Can these terrace slabs still be saved? 2 years old!

Is that a defective coating or a desired design? I can't tell from the picture.

It is actually a desired design. I thought the spotted area was the damage to the coating that the seller mentioned. But that came on top of it. Who orders something like that? So, keep looking...
