Hello first of all. Through the property purchase one is quite transparent, as the sold properties are displayed on the real estate agents' pages - along with the purchase price.

And since it is an apartment, anyone can also immediately see who comes and goes. So the purchase price can be assigned to the buyers.

Is the agent allowed to publicly present the purchase price on his homepage anyway?

But no one knows how the purchase price was paid. Everything with equity or financing over 30 years with 3 borrowers and 3 guarantors is obviously a difference. Otherwise, just talk to the agent, I think it should not be a problem to lower it.

That should be specified in the fine print of the brokerage agreement.

Just take a look at the USA. Everything there is transparent and public.

On Zillow, you can find out the entire history. How many transfers and buyers purchased at what price, the property, or how the property tax has developed or the insurance amounts. Everything going back over many years.

There are no secrets there. It's similar to Carfax with cars.
