Can silicate paint be applied on painting fleece?

That is why you need the primer. But an acrylate also acts as a barrier, of course. Actually, you should be able to remove the fleece well along with all the experimental stuff. If you choose dispersion, it should be two thin layers, not one thick one. Make sure the paint is not too heavy but has enough pigment; this is advantageous.
