Can parents' building savings loan be included in the house purchase?

Ok, but that directly affects our construction financing since a loan would already be running on us... That is what should be avoided.

In my opinion, no. But regarding a solution, see my last post (although from my point of view, it is not economically sensible).

If your parents really want to help and they currently do not have the remaining 24 TEUR, but have good creditworthiness due to a high pension, then:

1. Terminate the [Bausparvertrag] and have the [Bausparguthaben] paid out.
2. Take out a private loan with a short term and/or [SoTil] over 24 TEUR.
3. Give you the 40 TEUR.

Otherwise, talk to the [Bausparkasse]. They will be very happy if someone takes out a [Bausparvertrag]-loan with the interest conditions from 8 years ago. There will surely be a way.

That will probably be the better solution. Thanks for the tip. I will talk to them. They are really still very old-fashioned and think that a home savings contract must have low interest rates because that used to be the case... They also deposit money monthly for our daughter in a savings account without interest. An ETF would be too risky... unfortunately, they are somewhat resistant to advice.

If that's the case then let them do it,... even if the solution with the installment loan would be best.

Probably the credit interest rates are great too. Then I would rather save up or something.

The use for real estate is only prescribed for new building savings contracts and only if the [Wohnbauprämie] has been applied for. But since the interest rates are too high anyway, cancel and have the balance paid out.
