Can I afford a two-family house in Munich?

With a budget of half a million, a "Zweifamilienhaus" (in MUC !) is only possible in the sense of counting single parents with individual children as "families." To achieve 180 sqm of living space on a 300 sqm plot would require a floor area ratio of 0.5 for a "one-and-a-half-story house" (and at least 0.375 for a "city villa"). I think the further discussion can safely be left entirely to a member I personally ignore ;-)

Town & Country offers the Flair 180 Duo for just under 465,000 EUR for the Munich area.
So no mini standard for 600,000 EUR, blah blah blah.

But it still doesn't fit your budget, Munich is simply too expensive in every respect.

Always these Town & Country fairy tales… as if that is the final price… as if that is remotely enough…
