Hello everyone,
I have a technical question. Situation: A fully developed, undeveloped plot is being divided, whereby the separated part does not have its own development connection (meaning supply/disposal lines, not the road access). Can the existing development lines in the ground be "split" and connected to both plots, or must a new development connection be carried out from the street for the new plot?
I am not concerned with the legal aspect, but solely with the technical feasibility. Is that even possible? Are the diameters of the development lines sufficient? ...?
The background is, of course, that laying the house connections on own land is likely to be significantly more cost-effective than commissioning a completely new development via the main supply lines in the street.
