Camera surveillance technology day and night?

we would like to install an alarm system and also camera surveillance in our new building.

Which providers and which cameras would you recommend? Day and night recordings should be possible.

Which budget are we talking about?

The budget is not tight there. However, I think that with the two systems we should manage with 10,000 euros. We will do the electrical work ourselves. Only with the systems do I believe we need to get help from a specialist.
