Camera / mobile phone for documentation in the workshop or construction site

There are older, used smartphones on portals that sell refurbished used phones (just google it). Alternatively, you can also get one from Doogee or similar Asia cheap smartphones. They cost around €70 on offer. I once bought one for a while for eBay KA when I didn’t have a dual SIM phone yet.
