For such a young house, the seller might still have invoices for all that stuff (and you would need them as the heir of the still valid warranties), I would be interested in those. From the picture, the 11ant basement rule looks fully confirmed, with the result: "40:0, Advantage Hornberg." So, giving up the basement definitely wasn’t worth it at all.

Construction company said: "that the house as well as the wall corners will be backfilled with 0/32 frost protection material, which is characterized by its excellent water permeability. Therefore, no additional drainage system is necessary."

An unspecified material is supposed to have frost protection properties because its grain size diameter is less than or equal to 32 mm, ah yes, sounds logical. I have a bag of popcorn 0/32 here. Now I can sleep peacefully (but I’m not even tired yet).

Alright, one should be fair. If you simply google "0/32 gravel," you get tons of results, most also with the addition "Frostschutz." I will have to be content with this answer for now until I receive exact documents from the construction company. Thank you
