empty boxes (cables only) have been installed according to the construction specification.

The brand is Merten.

A question for the layman, I want to buy the appropriate connection sockets.

A telephone & DSL modem should be connected.

What is the difference;

well, it depends on what you need.

2x6/6 NF/F: 2 phones, 1 additional device
3x6 NFN: 1 phone, 2 additional devices

If it's just your house connection and you want to connect your router/splitter there, it doesn't matter which one you choose. (both connect to one or the F connection)

I would only take the last one if you know what you're doing and can make the appropriate cables yourself if necessary.
