I would like to have everything "removed". So demolition, hauling away, disposal. I assume this is the cheaper way. I have not checked/measured the foundation slab, but our house will definitely not fit on it, it will have a significantly larger footprint.

Otherwise, roughly... 1 day of demolition excavator, a few truckloads of reinforced concrete... off the top of my head 5,000 €. For that, you save yourself the topsoil removal.

I would have a soil expert come after the demolition to check by probing whether the substructure is sufficiently developed.
