So an MDT glass switch either has two levels with six functions each or three levels with four functions each (because then the top two buttons are for switching the levels). The glass switch does not have a timer function; that is provided by the glass control unit. It only has four direct buttons, but 20 functions that are accessible via menus and can also each be executed timed. The control unit acts as a kind of energy-saving visualization. Take a look at the manual on the MDT website. Maybe that's exactly what you need. If you want to control something via smartphone, you won't get around some kind of visualization. For example, Node-Red on a Raspberry Pi...

If you absolutely want to fit everything, you could consider using something like the Tantron 2.6" touch display. You can then fit everything on the max. 10 pages - as long as I haven't overlooked anything, it should be possible. However, it makes more sense to do time control via a dedicated unit (e.g., MDT) or possibly via Node-RED as already suggested.

It would be smarter, however, to consider what can be automated from this - 10 pages with control elements are not particularly smart. It's better to design the sensors so that (almost) everything reacts as automatically as possible to presence, time, sun position, temperature, air quality, dryness, weather forecast, water level, and so on.
