That is correct, one probably would not have a view for that reason, hence the idea to move the office elsewhere.
That’s how I came across the Town & Country design, where on this side it wouldn’t be so bad.

We are still quite at the beginning and it was only a first draft, so nothing we are fixed on.

As I already wrote further above, I therefore started to wonder whether a single-family house on this plot might make more sense since the problem with lighting would then be eliminated for the upper rooms.

estimated 2 m ... but we also know that many have misjudged this, usually that the height difference was greater.
If two stories are built in the south, I could therefore imagine more of a west orientation. But, as I said, therefore height points from the property . And the idea is just a suggestion of what might possibly still be done . Always stay relaxed.

Where is the garage supposed to go with that one?

Which lines overhead are you talking about?

Also "to the right" next to it as in the draft.

It is no more than 2 meters, this was measured or can be checked in the Geoatlas.

Damn! If you had written that a bit earlier, I could have saved myself the 5k for my new digital level. How about the development plan? Development plans often include existing heights, sometimes also planned heights, and we can see whether this statement is accurate.
