further wishes/special features/daily routine, also reasons why this or that should or should not be
House design
Who is the planner: DiY
- planner of a construction company
- architect
- do-it-yourself
What do you particularly like? Why?
What do you not like? Why? The wardrobe, because there is no space for it
Price estimate according to architect/planner: none asked yet
Personal price limit for the house, including equipment: 450,000 € all costs included
Preferred heating technology: district heating approx. 50 m pipeline (parents-in-law)
If you have to do without, which details/extensions
- can you do without: one square meter in the right places
- cannot do without:
Why did the design become what it is now? e.g.
Standard design from the planner?
Corresponding/which wishes were implemented by the architect?
A mixture of many examples from various magazines...
What makes it particularly good or bad in your eyes?
The design developed this way, good is that everything for daily life is on one level, unfavorable is the wardrobe situation.
I am still working on the basement layout rooms that are fixed: office, utility room, heating room, workshop (hobby: model building), storage, possibly party room
I ask for your opinions and suggestions.
If there are questions and uncertainties (there are certainly many), please get in touch.
Thanks and regards
Benedikt
