House design
Who is the planner: DiY

- planner of a construction company
- architect
- do-it-yourself
What do you particularly like? Why?
What do you not like? Why? The wardrobe, because there is no space for it
Price estimate according to architect/planner: none asked yet
Personal price limit for the house, including equipment: 450,000 € all costs included
Preferred heating technology: district heating approx. 50 m pipeline (parents-in-law)

If you have to do without, which details/extensions
- can you do without: one square meter in the right places
- cannot do without:

Why did the design become what it is now? e.g.
Standard design from the planner?
Corresponding/which wishes were implemented by the architect?
A mixture of many examples from various magazines...
What makes it particularly good or bad in your eyes?

The design developed this way, good is that everything for daily life is on one level, unfavorable is the wardrobe situation.

I am still working on the basement layout rooms that are fixed: office, utility room, heating room, workshop (hobby: model building), storage, possibly party room

I ask for your opinions and suggestions.

If there are questions and uncertainties (there are certainly many), please get in touch.

Thanks and regards

Benedikt

What is the basement going to be used for? Given the slope, wouldn’t it make sense to convert part of the basement into a parents' or children's wing?

Best regards in brief

Hello!

Yes, the whole thing with the basement as planned living space somehow doesn't sit well with me, but basically I am not against it. I still have to measure the slope exactly, maybe the option will then be unnecessary or it will become more concrete.

Here are the files as jpg.

Is there access from the car parking space to the kitchen? If not, the kitchen is in the farthest corner of the house, which could be extremely annoying with the groceries.

How is it possible that with no development plan yet there is a specification of a 22° roof pitch?

My spontaneous thought when looking at the floor plan in these dimensions: easy to pay off with two chief physician salaries - otherwise I still see the red pencil being applied.
