We had an expert during the construction phase. He looked at the construction plans and technical execution drawings (roof and wall construction, energy concept) and said he did not need to be present during the acceptance. The house manufacturer is known for good quality and everything is assembled at the factory. "Minor" damages (like the ones on the windows now) would show up anyway in the first few months and there is a warranty for that. Similar opinions came from engineers I work with daily, so we decided to carry out the acceptance ourselves.

By the way, the solution to the whole thing: glass strips that are too long. Harmless!
