Building waterproofing foundation slab sealed with bitumen

Hello, we are currently building.... I have waterproofed the floor slab with bitumen sheets. Now I have left out the areas around the downpipes and the multi-service connection to avoid damaging the plastic. How can I seal these areas? I was thinking of something like sealing slurry or applying bitumen..... How did you solve this?

Bitumen or plastic sealing collar with cold adhesive (roofing supplies) or KMB (KU bitumen thick coating). MDS (sealing slurry) does not adhere to bitumen and plastic. The pipe penetrations in the base slab must, of course, be pressure-water tight. This is the case with the MSpHE penetration, generally not with the self-installed pipe penetrations. All materials must be matched to each other; adhesives must not dissolve plastics. The sealing must be pulled up to the top edge of the finished floor.

So the bitumen thick coating is the simplest solution... thank you.
