I really like this area ... to be honest, I wouldn’t want to live there – at least not as long as I still have to work; bus connections are only every few hours and internet speed tends towards zero. Nothing works without a car :eek:

I rather doubt that; the initial consultation should be free ... the rest mostly chargeable.

Hello, Bauexperte is completely right, verbal statements are of little value. There are only two ways to gain certainty: 1. Submit a preliminary building inquiry, this can be limited to a very specific question 2. Submit a building application everything else has no legal relevance - unless there is a development plan, which apparently does not apply in your case.
