Hello everyone,
a development plan shows four plots of land (already developed side by side), two of which belong to me (4&5). In the development plan, two residential units (apparently as a semi-detached house) are marked on the four plots.
My question is: Is it possible to build a single-family house on the two plots (4&5) that I own, or can a semi-detached house be specified in the development plan?
The development plan states, among other things, that a maximum of two residential units are allowed on the four plots, but it does not specify in which form. I could not find a restriction to semi-detached houses,

Thank you very much!
