Hello,
we have a field at the edge of a small village in family ownership. Part of the plot was lawn area or there is still a barn standing there today. A part of the field was separated and my sister was allowed to build there (with conditions, e.g. orchard instead of garden).
The village basically consists of houses (only) along a through road. However, in the meantime there is this second row with two residential houses and otherwise barns and agricultural storage halls.
Since my sister was already allowed to build there (despite being in an outer development area): Can one then assume that it is very likely that it would also be approved to demolish the barn in 5, 10 or 20 years and build there instead?
