How is a house foundation for a planned house on a slope (approx. 20 degree inclination, ground floor (GF) at street level and basement with living spaces in the slope, barrier-free access from the above street side to the GF) usually realized assuming normal soil and water conditions?

Strip foundation? Point foundation? Special deep foundation slab?

The inhabited basement will then be excavated into the slope on the street side. The rear side will have large window fronts facing the slope and will be backfilled.

I don't quite understand your explanation.

For us, it is the wall in the slope made of WU concrete. The thickness of the floor slab and the slope-side wall as well as the reinforcement were determined by the structural engineer. No point or strip foundation. You don't do that with solid wood houses - that's what I was told. The floor slab is also made thicker.

As far as I know, it depends on the soil report and the type of construction. The structural engineer determines how it is executed.

The qualitative soil conditions are at least as decisive as the slope situation. And this is also about water drainage, not just load transfer.

No standard recipes.
