Where did you have capacity specifications? In the development plan? I have never heard of anything like that. Of course, maximum sizes in square meters can result from the development plan. For example, from the floor area ratio and plot ratio. But a maximum number of residents, that would be interesting.

This is not allowed according to Art. 2 GG and I have never seen it either. It can be safely ignored. Is the woman forced to have an abortion if it suddenly turns out to be triplets?

We had to specify the number of residents. This was necessary because the size of the KKA including infiltration has limited capacity due to the soil conditions. Whether that would have made a difference in the end, I cannot say.

: what kind of settlement project are you talking about?
: what is the intention of your question?

Yes, the possibility exists if you obtain a special permit for your project. It’s all a matter of communication with the building authority and the agencies that have to give their "OK," such as the lower water authority. However, you do not have the right to build deviating from the development plan. Experience: Despite three front doors and three independently functioning residential units with no connection between them, we were able to have the plan approved as a single-family house. This means we cannot sell a residential unit individually, which we never intended to do anyway. Renting, for example as a holiday apartment, would not be a problem and is planned for the case that financial difficulties arise for us in old age.

Thank you for the explanation. At first, I was puzzled, but now it makes sense. Building regulations sometimes seem obstructive regarding one's own project, but overall they are quite practical and thoughtfully made.
