Could mobile users possibly not see this? - the OP wrote in the question box: "Question / concern: For building class one, how tall is the house allowed to be, does it depend on different roofs? Please provide experienced detailed help on how what when where exactly" Warning: the crucial hint is probably: "Building location: OE" (which likely means Austria, not Olpe). I understand this (without a manual and even without a high school diploma, just by simply reading) as him wanting to know, a) up to which building height a house falls into building class 1 (probably defined differently than building class 1 in Germany); and b) whether a flat or pitched roof is significantly relevant. In other words: whether building height / eaves height / ridge height / (average) wall height (possibly in competition with each other) are relevant dimensions.

Yes, yes, ... you can see that, but the information given is really way below par for the standard. Request for experienced detailed help on how what when where exactly

This is regulated by the state building codes in each federal state and will therefore vary. The average of all 16 LBOs from Germany does not apply to Austria. Apart from that, you could also kindly write in complete sentences when you enter a forum out of decency.

And a minimum level of manners along with appropriate spelling also greatly helps to appreciate the commitment of those who are supposed to take time for the concern.
