Or wider, after all, the rooms have to be adjusted again. A room planned to be 2 meters wide can quickly become 2.50 with a grid of 62.5, because everything else is too narrow. This can run through every room ;)

Let's get clarification. what exactly do you mean?

Well, the architect’s fee is often included in the offer from nationwide providers, do you mean that as duplication? But with the house providers in the lower price sector, they are usually worth nothing anyway ;)
However, I don’t know how the costs of the building application are reflected percentage-wise in the architectural service...

Yes.

That is a matter of opinion; they always fit the overall offer ;)

That is hardly possible to determine as a percentage. Some have permanently employed architects/drafters, others purchase these services externally and are therefore expensive when there are deviations from the standard plan.

With reputable providers, the architect service - with few exceptions - must be purchased additionally. In this respect, I see no problem remaining free to choose a provider; despite or precisely because of an existing building permit.

Hello,
one of the major house providers is meant, such as Weberhaus, Streif Haus, etc., i.e. prefabricated timber frame construction, all-inclusive price offer for "all-around worry-free"...
Upon inquiry with them, it was explicitly stated that the architectural service is deducted from their price if the service extends up to the approval process. If only an architectural draft is available, one must pay in full (understandable).
