At that size, you’re already dealing with pretty large beams. You can’t just build those yourself casually anymore.

We’re talking about 30 sqm here. With typical load capacities of 250 kg/m2, something like that weighs about 60-90 kg/m2 (depends heavily on the support spans and heights). So you’re looking at around 2000-2500 kg of steel being used. Per ton of finished installed steel, let’s say 3000-4000 euros. (Yes, the supplier from Turkey delivers the ton of steel for 2000 euros. But he’s not coming for such a small job...). And boom, there you are at your 10k.

Keep in mind that you need static engineering for something like this; building on your own without it can get you into serious trouble.

I believe I can plan it so that I can also build it alone. The dimensions of the beams depend on the span length.
