Internal proofs such as statics, thermal, fire, and sound protection can usually be submitted later! One doesn’t even need an architect for this! Any builder can do this themselves. If there is a development plan, the project must only move within its framework, which is relatively easy to do!

The currently valid Energy Saving Ordinance is a minimum standard that you must not fall below when building a single-family house. You don't have to worry about the date before 01.05.14; there are not really any differences compared to the Energy Saving Ordinance 2009. Only from 2016 will it become more expensive for homeowners to comply with the Energy Saving Ordinance.
