if the design requirements are not particularly individual,
you should generally be well served by kits from, for example, Merlin / Fjorborg or others.
Drawing, structural planning, thermal insulation, etc. are included with their kits.

With craftsmanship, self-construction is no problem.
The available free time then determines the construction time.
