We are currently also looking for a louvered roof. However, all providers have advised us against a retractable roof so far. Not mature, only causes problems, etc. Offers for 4x5m were between €35-40k including installation.

What experiences have you had here? What are your prices?

    [*]Weinor
    [*]Renson
    [*]Terassona
    [*]Brustor
[*]Selt > Often sold under other names

Selt comes from Poland, they are the cheapest, Renson has been the most expensive so far. Here we are also still a bit unsure about which direction we are going...

We have now ordered a lamella roof from Brustor, which will arrive in the fall.

Due to our dimensions (6m x 2.05m), only a few manufacturers were possible for us, as the minimum depth is usually more than 2.05m.

For us, Brustor was the choice because there the roof can be folded up the most.

In terms of price, Brustor and Gibus were both around 45k€, including three screens, heating, foundation work, dimmable LEDs, etc.

Renson would have been around 60k€.

According to the seller who offered both Renson and Brustor, Renson would be an advantage if you want to customize something or need special dimensions. Perhaps the margin at Renson is simply lower, which would surprise me given the price difference.

Yes, 60k for a terrace roof is really steep. You can get a whole house for that in the USA.

Feel free to post a few pictures once you have it set up. There is little information available about the retractable ones.

Regards
