Bricks for garage

Hi guys,

which masonry block can you recommend for a standalone double garage?
Thermal insulation value is rather unimportant, more the cost...
Aerated concrete, porous bricks, or rather lightweight concrete blocks?
Aerated concrete is probably the easiest to work with, right?
Wall thickness would be 240mm

What does it depend on

If insulation value does not matter KS, then you can also hang something heavy inside without special dowels. KS is inexpensive and it doesn't matter if it is not plastered immediately (weather resistant).

Concrete hollow blocks are usually the most affordable - cheaper than KS. Just checked my price lists. KS: 30€/m² Concrete hollow block: 10€/m²

30.-€ is quite expensive, even at Bauhaus the 17.5 size costs about 25.-€ per m², at the wholesaler probably under 20.-€
