Boundary construction garage - L-shaped stones under the floor slab - experiences?

I have to be honest, I don't understand where the problem is right now.

As you can see in your drawing, the L-angles themselves are already above the neighboring property. So they can easily slide over there. The L-angles have to be at least as deep as the neighbor’s.
