I do not know if he applied for a parking space there, because actually he has no access through the parking spaces. It is probably planned to drive around the corner in front of the house.

If our main contractor hung too low, then we do want repairs, otherwise all the water from the street will flow into the garage, as we would then be significantly lower.

The bodies have now been concreted and are completely visible above the ground. I will take some current pictures later.

With us, it is regulated in the development plan that the one who is "higher" must provide security for the terrain. We have the single-family house ground floor heights as a reference in the plans. Our neighbor to the north is at the same level, the one to the west is higher, and the one to the south is lower. The western neighbor has secured his slope, we have secured the southern property. To the north, we have a carport, where our neighbor contributed to the retaining wall.

Here are some pictures from today. At knee height, a grid is sticking out; we are wondering if this was the height during the construction of the floor slab

Well, if he hasn't topped it up, I'll eat a broom. You just absolutely have to get back to the original level, then he has to pay for the interception alone.

So the first and now the last pictures suggest that you are 30 cm down and he is also 30 up at the same time...
