Blower-Door Test in KfW 70 multi-family house? Further measures?

I will soon be moving into a condominium in a Kfw 70 multi-family house.
([Baubeginn Juni 2015, Fertigstellung Juli 2016])
Since I am buying turnkey, I receive no information from the BT.
I have taken advantage of the Kfw70 loan!

Does my BT have to provide me with proof (upon handover) that the building was actually built according to KfW70 standards?
For example, by handing over protocols such as the energy certificate?
Is a blower door test also conducted in such a building? And who pays for it?
I do not have a ventilation system, only window mechanical ventilation.

It is very difficult to discuss such matters with the BT before acceptance.
I hope for help here so that I know what I am allowed to ask the BT.

these are questions you are asking quite late... Take a look at the payout requirements of your Kfw contract. It should state what the Kfw needs. There are forms that the builder or an engineering/architectural office must fill out to confirm that it meets the Kfw 70 standard. Our BT also conducted a Blower-Door test. He covered the costs. We submitted this afterward and never heard anything more from the Kfw. You should simply ask the bank, review the contract, and address the BT directly. If it is a reasonable BT, he should issue it free of charge.

None at all, the Kfw documents even arrived before the handover. I forwarded that to Kfw. Ask Kfw what you need to submit.
