I am curious to see how it will continue! And I advise at least now to rely on expertise and to hire an expert for the rest of the house construction.
In my opinion, wiping does not help, and whether with or without insulation wool... it does not matter. Moisture still settles and forms mold after the plaster and screed work are completed. In our case, the battens were affected, but they were completely replaced later without us having to follow up!
