Whether known or not: Maybe he has different variants ready and can switch as he likes. It says above: wooden beam ceiling is quite common, but I WOULD avoid the classic truss roof.

If you want to wait to show the draft until it is final, you will wait forever and ever: because it will only become final once you have addressed the question about the ceiling. As long as the general contractor hears nothing from you on this, the matter will keep going in circles, it’s a vicious circle. As an old hand, I have dealt with sneaky nightingales for a long time, consider the cost motive to be a pretext and rather suspect static correlations. And even if I interpret your forum name as meaning you are three years older than the generation of most wall-ever-shifting clients, I smell here the real seed of your general contractor’s question. I had already offered you to send me the draft without obligation by email - but even better would be to introduce it here in the discussion. Do you actually know the threads by ?

I have to ask again. 13,000 Euro difference from carpenter's roof structure to trussed roof?

Over a rectangular floor plan. At an angle, it gets even more expensive. Both with hip roofs, mind you.

I had already answered your question from the initial post:
Can one roughly say what the price difference is between construction roof/reinforced concrete ceiling vs. truss roof/wood beam ceiling?

More precisely, it was about the extra cost of a carpenter's roof structure with nail trusses compared to a concrete ceiling with studio trusses.
With only 10 m2 of walkable area, I decided against it.
In retrospect, for various reasons, I have now preferred to switch to a gable roof with studio trusses (hehe).
