Uh, you wrote in your opening thread that you signed the purchase contract three weeks ago. And now the property does not belong to you?

In the end, it’s something legal again. With payment of the purchase price, the transfer of ownership to you is initiated. However, we know nothing about rights and obligations. Possibly it’s now your "problem".

I wouldn’t hesitate long but order someone to clear it away. What will you do if in March a neighbor "snitches" on you because the beautiful old tree from the new neighbor is simply cut down?

When does the transfer of ownership take place? Until then, the seller is responsible for everything, including if his tree causes damage to the neighbor. If you want to take care of it beforehand, probably the only help is a conversation with the seller. (provided you have not agreed otherwise in the [KV])

Hmm, from my point of view, a somewhat questionable attitude. "One" hands over their stuff properly, I think. And the seller will receive so much money from the buyer, they should have a few euros left for the tree removal. But of course, our two perspectives are possible and acceptable.

Do we know that that much money has changed hands?
