Well, I might be a bit conservative about it? ;-) The imprint either hides well or does not reveal at all who is actually behind it: one domain is supposed to be a service of the other, I did not find legal form, commercial register number, and the like. A name of a person responsible under press law is given; but also not whether that person could be reached at the contact address – likewise, whether that is the web designer or the managing director. Let me put it this way: if the operator has honest intentions, then one should hope that more customers than cease-and-desist lawyers are interested in his website ;-)
