Bathroom Size - 2 Floor Plan Options, Costs

Maybe there's a basement? And a toilet on the outside wall is not possible in all floor plans. I have never had that in my entire life and there was never a problem...

I see in the drawing sandwich walls – so nothing where you can just quickly chisel something afterwards, but every little thing is planned exactly in advance; and above all: only the bathroom, not the "rest" of the house. This type of TE, who just briefly jumps in, asks a question without looking left or right, jumps out again and only comes back at the next pain point, is doing themselves no favors – but probably never learns. It seems to me some people are afraid that if they say more than just a tiny murmur about their project, someone will steal it from them, or their topping-out ceremony would be crashed by a flash mob.

Or this kind of OP simply doesn't know any better yet, but reads your post carefully here and presents the whole project (floor plans of the entire house, etc.) and then allows themselves to be constructively advised and actually listens - that really can happen.
