Bathroom floor plan with approximately 12.5 sqm - we are not making progress

We are currently planning our bathroom and are not really making progress. How would you plan the bathroom in this room? The window size can still be changed, and the bathroom door can be slightly moved if necessary (downwards toward the south).

The toilet should preferably be somewhat separated from the rest of the bathroom, and the shower should be level with the floor.

I am very grateful for your ideas.

What are those blocks in the upper right corner?

No sloping ceilings or anything like that? What else besides shower and toilet with presumably a sink should be included? Any specific ideas for the shower? Is the house already built or under construction, or are you still in the floor plan development phase?

Completely without frills:
From bottom to top, on the right door, sink, space for cupboard; on the left shower, bathtub, WC (can of course be separated from the bathtub by a privacy screen...)

We do not have any sloping ceilings. The shower should be open and large. We saw a bathroom yesterday that would fit in our place.
