Good day.
I have noticed in my new condominium that the Maico fan in the bathroom (has a window) runs constantly.
When the light is on, it runs louder. When the light is off, it’s quieter. However, it runs constantly!
My electrician says it has to be that way because the fan needs to circulate a certain volume of air.
It would be part of the ventilation concept. I only have windows with the above ventilation slots in the frame.
But even in the quiet state, the fan is already disturbing.
I can’t close the bathroom door because of the cats!
That’s why I hear it even at night.
And the electricity is also constantly consumed.
Does it have to be like this? Or can something be done? For example, an extra on-off switch for the night?
Thank you very much
