Hello everyone,

for my wet rooms (bathroom, guest WC, and utility room) in the new construction of a single-family house, pure exhaust air systems are required due to conditions for "KfW 55EE." I have already had the respective openings in the exterior wall for DN 100 as well as power cables installed to connect the fan (continuous power).

I am now looking for an exhaust fan with the following features:
- pure exhaust air
- DN 100
- humidity sensor
- running on continuous power (as there is no connection to a switch)
- backdraft damper
- adjustment options for run-on time and humidity threshold at which it switches on or off

Among other places, I have endlessly searched on Amazon. I have read reviews and features. I have only come across one suitable offer: Lospitch bathroom fan.

Maico offers the "maico eca 100 ipro kh," but it states that settings can only be changed via a switch.

Do you perhaps have any tips for a bathroom fan that meets my requirements?

Greetings from South Hesse

Where does the fresh air come into the house that the fan sucks out?

That was also under discussion with us, but it will probably be a Lunos Silvento now. There are different circuit boards with which a control system can also be implemented. Maybe that suits you.

The rest of the ventilation concept actually has to be taken into account here as well, but sorry, I just can’t resist this one: Since presumably this applies:
    [*]n50 = 1.5 1/h (with mechanical ventilation systems)
simply through leaks in the house ;)

Thanks in advance for the quick replies!

Thanks for the tip!

Currently only through the window rebate ventilators, so not particularly good.

Sorry, I didn't fully understand your post. We do not have a ventilation system in the house. At our request, the energy consultant carried out a calculation without a ventilation system. This then prescribed, among other things, window rebate ventilators and these 3 exhaust devices as compensation. Nothing more.
