What I wanted to get at: Google "Münchener Hypothekenbank Aktion 30 Jahre Zins für 15 Jahre". We are waiting for that, so our financing will only start in spring 2021. This promotion has taken place every year so far and will most likely happen again next year. Münchener Hypothekenbank is a Volksbank partner, so you can also go to a Volksbank and get advice on this.

No other bank will go for that. Go to Müncher Hyp or Volksbank (partner of the Münchener Hypothekenbank), they will definitely offer you that, as long as this promotion comes back. Negotiating conditions with the current interest rate situation is rather difficult... there’s nothing more that can be done. It is also a one-time spring promotion limited to 1 month.

We recently accepted the offer from MHB, 1.33% over 30 years. There is really absolutely nothing to complain about. It just goes, as already mentioned, through the Volksbanken.
