Basement sealing - Installing perimeter insulation on basement exterior walls

Hello everyone,

our construction project started 4 weeks ago. I would now like to install the Permitter insulation on the exterior basement walls.

But before I start, I need feedback on whether the sealing was done correctly by the construction company. Attached are some pictures of the setup + description.

[*]Clean layer (I believe gravel)
[*]10 cm Permitter insulation
[*]Foil
[*]20 cm floor slab
[*]Formed concrete basement walls

Is the sealing as shown in the sketch correct?

Soil report says: waterproofing according to DIN 18195 T4 (ground moisture)

a drainage will also be installed.

Hmm, no opinions on the sealing situation?
