Hello community,
I am new here in the forum, but have been reading the interesting posts for some time.
I now have a problem that is very close to my heart. Today, or rather yesterday around 3 pm, the foundation of my house was poured. At first, it only rained a little, but then a thunderstorm came with a lot of rain. The water now stands at least 5 cm on the foundation.
Is that much water not bad for the foundation? In addition, the rain washed out the slope (like a landslide), so that now hundreds of kilos of sand lie on the foundation. The house is from a developer.
Who takes responsibility now?
This is not normal, is it?
I have attached a picture.
I thank you in advance for the answers or advice.
